If you watch the video, in the minutes before he was ventilated, he tried to take over the street.
He was stopping drivers, and talking to them like he was a cop. He even wore a faux ICE outfit.

Just saw this posted on another site. He should have been arrested for destruction of Federal property. Why wasn’t he? Video says he had his weapon on him then. The next week he gets into another physical altercation with agents wearing his weapon. This time he didn’t walk away. In a two week period, while carrying a weapon, he deliberately involved himself in two separate physical confrontations with ICE agents.
