“I have donated for many years to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. I have also donated for many years to Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid. I believe that poor people should be able to get legal representation.”

"Per sources familiar, Judge Schiltz also declined probable cause on arrest warrants for Don Lemon and a handful of other protesters who stormed a church in Minnesota. He declined after federal magistrate Douglas Micko declined. 2/3 on appeals court also then declined."

I can’t tell you how sick I am of activist judges.
Conflict of interest matters only when it’s a non-democrat judge. This we all know.
Do it over the phone ,YAWN
Sounds like Faux News has stopped working for the DNC.
They still need a serious house cleaning and need to dump the uber-woke new CEO
It’s usually the spouse and adult children that are all employed with NGO’S AND NFP’S, gaining power and wealth off of the tyrany of the judges. Boasberg is the perfect example.
It’s a Trap !!
The Bushes were soft on amnesty.
Of course. An activist in a Black Robe.
The judge is an Open Borders Republican? Quelle Surprise!
The appearance of impropriety? Try overt bias in this lowlife judge who should have no role in a just rational society.
Legal Challenge to SB 1070: In 2010, the Obama administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) sued Arizona to block the enforcement of SB 1070. The administration argued that immigration enforcement is an exclusive federal power and that a "patchwork" of state laws would undermine federal authority.
Hey Walz, listen to your Kenyan Savior Obama, and shut the f--- up.
Tell the judge you’ll show up when Bill and Hillary Clinton appear before the House Oversight Committee:
“Bill and Hillary Clinton were subpoenaed by the Republican-led House Oversight Committee to appear for closed-door depositions in its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
Despite the subpoenas, both Clintons refused to appear, issuing a joint letter declaring the subpoenas ‘invalid and legally unenforceable’ and accusing the committee of ‘political motivation under President Trump’s cruel agenda.’”
Tell the judge in a letter that the subpoena is invalid, legally unenforceable and accuse the judge of political motivation under Tim Walz and Jacob Frey’s “cruel agenda.”
🙂 I like the way you think….🙂
“I can’t tell you how sick I am of activist judges.”

Pretty much all of them are conflicted ideological hacks, especially the foreign ones. They’re not judges; they are bureaucrats wearing robes.
He needs to recuse himself, but he won’t, because he practices politics, not law.
And this, buoys and gulls, is what we call a CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
An honorable judge would recuse himself from these cases.
“Judge” Schiltz is not an honorable man.
What kind of comparison is that to make?
This is your brain. (photo of a whole egg.)
This is your brain on drugs. (photo of a cracked and scrambled egg in a frying pan.)
Judge Schiltz clerked for the late Antonin Scalia for two years, one when Scalia was a judge on the DC Circuit, and the second year when Scalia first took his seat on the Supreme Court. He once worked for one of the last GOP senators from Minnesota, Dave Durenberger, and was appointed to the district court bench in 2006 by Bush 43. He does not appear to be some garden variety left wing kook.
It makes you wonder what is going on here.
