Well-known American host Tucker Carlson said on his podcast that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is hesitant to introduce compulsory military service and significantly strengthen the armed forces because, as Carlson stated, this could lead to the participation of a large number of Muslim citizens, which could create complications in terms of security implications.
“I suppose that, if it has come to that, we simply have to adapt to a new understanding of Europe, right?” Tucker said.
As a reminder, Germany will introduce a system of “selective” compulsory military service starting in January 2026, under which registration and medical examinations will become mandatory for all adult men.
While the service itself will remain voluntary, avoiding the medical examination will entail fines of 1,000 euros. The goal is to assess around 300,000 young men annually in terms of readiness.

They’re going to find out that young German men will not fight for this regime or the whole corrupt establishment. Why should they? The Establishment has made it clear that it hates them and is trying to give their country away to feral muslims.
It is hilarious that the Germans have gotten themselves into this mess by not being racist enough!
Looks like they overcorrected from their old Nazi days.
Upkeep of a huge camel herd is a lot more expensive than taking care a bunch of tanks. Camels are high maintenance.
Did he blame it on Israel?
That's enough of an obscene violation of privacy, but why not violate the privacy of the women as well?
It's all about equality.
Expect a lot of men to "identify" as a woman.
Germany has a large standing army lurking in the shadows, and it ain’t loyal to Germany. Not wanting to train that army is the first smart thought I can see from them. They’re still doomed to division.
👏Good one!!👏
German men would be better off succumbing to Russia than to Muslims.
So they won't raise a large standing army because the last thing they want to do is to teach the "barbarians" how to fight.
In other words, only white men will be drafted.
In China you are never a citizen unless you are Hun. Then you are always a citizen even if you leave.
Tucker is correct.
+1 Spot on.
Importing people whose loyalty and willingness to defend Germany is so doubtful that the government is hesitant to conscript them. This is so perverse its almost comical.
I don’t want to comment on Tucker Carlson because of his new notoriety and his pro muslim stance. I am just going to say that I don’t care what he says or thinks because his words were bought and paid for by al jizzera. If he says anything on his own it’s because they allowed him to say it.
A reminder that Turkey is the second largest military in NATO behind the US.

Then again.... perverse is them all over.... lol. And yeah... it’s almost comical ....as long as you don’t have to endure the consequences of these globalist goons’ policies.
The question looms. Are they really that stupid... that they don’t see or plan ahead for how those leftist dominoes will fall and for the utter disasters that they will end up with? Or is it just all a quite deliberately orchestrated scheme of evil to achieve destruction. I vote the latter.
A typo? You must mean someone of Han descent. The Han Dynasty has controlled Chi-Com since before Mao.
You are correct, Han is the only citizen recognized by Chi-Coms. Communists of course they are, and global Belt & Road control of the worlds economies is just one of their goals.
To your point, since this doesn’t really make sense (i.e., seemingly doing something against you’re own self-interest) it is likely that you’re right.
