It was one week ago when anti-ICE rioters stormed Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, to disrupt a peaceful Christian worship service, terrorizing congregants and their children.
Now, what are being called "horrifying new details" are emerging that provide an even more disturbing picture of what actually took place.
Tyler O'Neil, senior editor at the Daily Signal posted on Sunday a series of excerpts from the probable cause affidavit prepared by Timothy Gerber, a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations.

Since this is a federal crime can they move it out of Occupied Territory and into America?

The Constitution identifies the rights — but what do the rights mean?
I would say —
Freedom of Speech: Here is your soapbox. Stand on it and tell the world how much you hate Trump.
Peaceful Assembl: there is a spot over there -- you and your friends can gather, and hold signs telling the world how much you hate Trump.
Getting in peoples’ face? Physical contact with law enforcement? Blowing whistles in people's ears? These actions are not protected by the First Amendment and should be seen as violating federal law when used to obstruct law enforcement.
Congress won't lift a finger, but they should. And then it can go to the courts and the courts can determine how much “infringing” is allowed under the First Amendment. We have already seen how much “infringing” they allow under the Second Amendment which specifically says there shall be no infringing. I think the courts will be on difficult ground to say that Congress cannot set limits on public assemblies.
Yup.
They are pure evil.
All these things are already illegal: they are various forms of assault and battery.
