California must return more than $1 billion to the federal government after an audit by Dr Oz (CMS) and his team uncovered federal dollars being spent on healthcare for illegal immigrants. We are teaming up to combat healthcare fraud so the money can be used for American citizens who need it!

And who is going to prison for embezzlement for spending tax payer dollars on illegals?

And what about Minnesota? Looks like they need to also reimburse American taxpayers for the money that was fraudulently squandered.

I’ll go out on a limb and say we’ll never get the money back from these thieves.

IF PDJT can clean up Minnesota, then California should be his next stop.

No returns. Just remove that amount from any federal remittances in the future.

************

Not a single person. Lots of investigations but zero accountability.

1 billion? Illegals in CA cost the taxpayers tens of billions over the last 4 decades. Those responsible, those who rolled out the red carpet for millions of illegals, should lose everything they own, homes, assets, retirement pensions and then imprison their asses.

The problem with that is that some backwater judge will step in and prevent it. Prolly better to fine the states for fraud and force them to reimburse the U.S. Treasury. JMHO

"...I’ll go out on a limb and say we’ll never get the money back from these thieves..."

I remember being in the Army, 1966-69. Occasionally the pay Sergeant would loudly ask a soldier if he was "a member of the Nevada Police Department." The poor kid would look confused and stutter "huh?" Then the Sergeant would say "I guess the N-P-D must mean No Pay Due."

That's how the US Gummint gets their money back - deduct it from future payments.

Your numbers are unfortunately a bit too conservative.

California spends a verified 2.9 billion a year on welfare to the anchor babies of illegal aliens which is completely legal

There are billions of dollars a year in fraudulent payments to illegal aliens through the Medical and other entitlement programs.

Bay Area Rep Ro Khanna is trying to get out ahead of the fraud investigations he knows are coming and he has said he want's to take a lead role in fighting California's 76 BILLION DOLLAR A YEAR in entitlement fraud

In reality, staggering as it sounds , $76 billion a year is a very low ball number and the reality is much more

Good luck getting any of it back. Just completely cut off the spigot until it is paid back.... You know garnish their welfare checks and everything else.

They will never return. Just debit all Fed $$ payments to CaCaLand.

“Not a single person. Lots of investigations but zero accountability.”

We keep wishing and a-hoping...but things never change. Once elected, 99.99% of them are safe from any consequences. Now and then they throw one to the wolves when the theft or corruption is just too blatant and too hard to ignore. A couple of notables:

Louisiana Representative William J. Jefferson — cash in the freezer, 13 years for bribery, the longest sentence ever handed down to a congressman for bribery or any other charge.

Bob Menendez conspiracy to act as a foreign agent — 11 years in prison

If garnishing blue collar workers income is good enough for the Government, why should it be any different on a statewide basis??

I’m sure Newsom will fight it. Sanctuary states need that money to keep their illegal voters happy.
