186,000 THOUSAND dead people. Hundreds of thousands of double-dippers.
This shouldn't be controversial. If you need it and are a citizen, simply apply and you will get it.

We do not despise Congress enough.
While we’re at it can we have everyone re-register for voting and this time providing PROOF of citizenship, no more check a box and you’re in.

It does seem like a good opportunity to ask for proof of citizenship.

In some states you must recertify every 6 months. In most states you must report any relevant info changes within 10 days.
Should have to apply every year after you do your taxes

There has to be a mechanism to deal with pro-fraud people who review/approve applications.
Maybe every application should be reviewed by more than one person so the abusive reviewers can be held accountable.

Minnesota and California are obviously exempt from this requirement
