Summary of the interview:
The host (Josh) interviews Adam Swart, founder of Crowds on Demand, a company that organizes paid protesters, demonstrators, rallies, PR stunts, and related events, emphasizing that it only engages in lawful activities and does not participate in violence, vandalism, or unpermitted road blockages.
Swart clarifies that his company refuses to organize or support the current anti-ICE protests (referencing events in Minneapolis and other cities, including incidents outside hotels where ICE agents are believed to be staying, some turning violent), as they involve unlawful tactics. He observes that over the past decade, while his company focuses on lawful expression, some other groups appear to fund chaotic and illegal demonstrations, evidenced by distributed bricks, matching tactical gear, and mass tents, indicating organized funding for unlawful actions. On de-escalation tactics for prolonged protests:
- De-escalation requires effort from both authorities and protesters.
- Establish points of contact/liaisons between protest leaders and higher-level officers (e.g., captains or chiefs) to negotiate respect for First Amendment rights and law enforcement needs.
- Authorities should identify reasonable protest representatives to communicate, provide opportunities for individuals to retreat or exit situations (e.g., move vehicles blocking roads) before escalation, and avoid defaulting to force like tear gas.
- Distinguish between lawful and unlawful protesters, holding only the latter accountable (e.g., trespassing into private property like hotels warrants arrest, while outside protesting is protected).
- Transparency helps: protesters should notify authorities in advance of large events (especially in residential areas) to prevent overwhelming small officer contingents; authorities should clearly communicate boundaries, allow exits, and speak respectfully.
Swart stresses that protecting protest rights and public safety complement each other, and authorities should protect lawful protesters (including from counter-protesters) while enforcing laws against illegal acts.In closing, he advises protest movements to focus on clear goals and target audiences, warning that aggressive tactics in the current anti-ICE protests are counterproductive and likely to increase ICE deployments rather than reduce them.He urges thinking rationally over emotionally for both protesters and law enforcement.
The interview ends with thanks and an invitation for future appearances, alongside live footage of ongoing protests in Philadelphia.

Who’s paying for forming a crowd of people? This is so disingenuous, just like the left, fake.
I dont know if it can be made illegal - but it stinks and its is causing a public nuisance all over. Something must be done.

Some of these sumbitches need to be in prison with a “crowd” and a very tiny tube of KY. Knuckle-dragging, treasonous far left scum.

De-escalation requires effort from both authorities and protesters. Don't forget the makers of guns and ammo. With what is going on in this new turd world sewer, Amerika, we Americans are going to need them.

Once a company called Crowds on Demand would have been part of a humor story.
Mad Magazine had a feature in the 60s of Rent a Hippie-—and there turned out to be such companies.
They would be hired by society ladies or people in classy suburbs to appear at cocktail parties as entertainment. Some would sing and read poetry.

Then our side could have paid mercenaries. Steven Seagal and Arnold Schwarzenegger stand-ins to face off against the paid rental crowds.

Everyone injured, put to expense or even inconvenienced by their paid protestors should sue them. Hit them with discovery for every protest to see who was paid and who paid them. Nail them if they did not fill out I-9 for all of their employees. Make sure they had all proper withholding and paid their 7.65% on social security and medicare.

The death of Renee Good and the numerous injuries suffered by Federal officers can be in part laid upon Chief Justice Roberts and five of his fellow justices. in states where the local and state authorities do not aid Federal immigration enforcement, the assistance of the National Guard is necessary to overwhelm disruptive demonstrators. The Supreme Court has placed strict limits on the use of Federalized National Guard by President Trump, in spite of his role as commander of the organized militia. Without military support, ICE and other Federal LEOs are outnumbered by the protesters. The leaders and financiers of the protest achieved their goal of getting a “martyr”. Unfortunately for their cause, the usual street thugs that add looting and thuggery to the picture are constrained by the cold weather. They are also not particularly interested in rioting for a middle aged white lesbian.
The communists may get luckier next time there is a street confrontation with warmer weather and a more sympathetic "martyr".

Whoever is paying for the group of traitorous terrorists associated with Renee Good intefering with ICE agents should be arrested, tried, and convicted on the charge of murder.
This is the same charge as the person organizing a group of bankrobbers would face if one of bankrobbers were shot and killed by a bank guard. Even the driver sitting in the robbers’ getaway car would face the same charge of murder.

The “protestors” are attempting to impede federal law enforcement.
That is insurrection not “protest”.
