'We Don't Dispute' It: Georgia 315k Vote Bombshell Blows a Big Hole in 2020's 'Most Secure Election' Lie

A Georgia State Election Board investigation substantiated that Fulton County violated election rules in 2020 by failing to have poll workers sign required tabulation tapes for early votes in 36 out of 37 advanced voting precincts, affecting approximately 315,000 ballots.

These unsigned tapes broke the chain-of-custody and certification requirements under Georgia law, which mandates signed tapes as the sole legal proof of authentic vote totals.

During a board meeting on December 9th, Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, contends that Fulton County does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.”

Oof. So much for the "most secure" and "most audited" election in the history of the world. No worries, however. Brumbaugh contends that their processes and procedures have rectified the situation since.

“It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership, and a new building, and a new board, and a new standard operating procedures. And since then, the training has been enhanced."

"But we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”

David Cross, a local election integrity activist, made that allegation. He filed a formal challenge with the Georgia State Election Board in March 2022, alleging that Fulton County illegally counted around 315,000 early votes in the 2020 election without required poll worker signatures on tabulator tapes. He spoke at the hearing, telling the state election board of the irregularities he discovered.

“These signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic,” Cross said. “Fulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting.”

“These are not clerical errors. They are catastrophic breaks in chain of custody and certification,” he continued.

“Because no tape was ever legally certified, Fulton County had no lawful authority to certify its advanced voting results to the secretary of state. Yet it did,” Cross added. “And Secretary Raffensperger accepted and folded those uncertified numbers into Georgia’s official total without questioning them. This is not partisan. This is statutory. This is the law."

"When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.”

Massive scandal:

Fulton County admits they "violated" the rules in 2020 when they certified ≈315K early votes that lacked poll workers' signatures

"We don't dispute the allegation."

315,000 uncertified votes sure seem like a significant issue. For years after the 2020 election, we were told any questioning of the results in the "most secure election in history" was tantamount to a clear and present threat to democracy itself.

One guy, in particular, almost went to prison for questioning the integrity of the election that saw Joe Biden, the least-energizing political candidate to ever run for the White House, somehow churn out 81,000,000 or so votes.

As David Strom at Hot Air writes, "I seem to recall that President Trump was being prosecuted for making claims about the voting process in Georgia, and that the whole 'election denial' narrative that Democrats have slandered Trump with was based on his 'lies' that have turned out, unsurprisingly, to be true."

Brumbaugh's throwaway admission seemingly exposes serious flaws in the narrative that the 2020 election was secure.

What planet do we live on?!? They book the former president of the United States and take his mug shot. Then they force him (and many others) to endure a partisan court circus for years with Fani Willis. Then when he wins the presidency, the case goes away.

And now we casually admit there was no case against him and he was right to say the election (at least in Georgia) was a fraud.

“”””Fulton County violated election rules in 2020 by failing to have poll workers sign required tabulation tapes for early votes in 36 out of 37 advanced voting precincts””””

My question is: “In 2012, 2016, and 2024 how many tabulation tapes were unsigned?”

I can’t think of a more perfect situation to apply the RICO statue.

You could convince me that Fulton County is a criminal operation. Especially the DA’s office. Fani Willis is still there, you know.

No one will be held accountable. No one. But if I were to vote twice and got caught, I would probably go to jail. Our elections were corrupt and no one will go to jail for the fraud.

No one will be held accountable.

And Warnock and Ossoff get to keep their seats. That is the Democrat way.

And now we casually admit there was no case against him and he was right to say the election (at least in Georgia) was a fraud.

I was a poll watcher in PA in 2020 {since 2000} and I guarantee you that the PA polls were rigged with mail in votes that showed up at 3:00 AM in Philly, Pgh, Harrisburg etal.

As much as I hate the fact that 2020 was stolen, I'm now happy that it turned out this way because Trump is way more effective with this cabinet than those old swamp rats he mostly had in his 2017-21 cabinet.

Even this crew of congress critters is far better and more effective.

In this small polling precinct where I was a watcher, Al Gore got 400 votes and shrub got 4 FOUR votes, ONE PERCENT, back in 2000.

Twenty years later, with the rolls scrubbed and without dead people, Biden got 48%; Trump got 42% and other candidates got the rest.

This has been an historic (mostly black) demonRAT voting precinct forever and when Trump got 42% the district judge, a demonRAT, said to me, "Well, it looks like your guy won this one in a landslide".

He was right...until the wee hours in the morning, when the mice came out to play, and the phantom mail in ballots took on a life of their own.

DemonRATs lie, cheat and steal and they have been doing it since Tammany Hall in NYC {which was founded before we even had a US Constitution}.

Before we had a Country, the demonRATs were stealing elections and they have never stopped.

I understand your point about we’re better off with Trump in office now with his current cabinet. My wife says the same thing. But the fact is, the illegal Biden admin set us back years with overrun illegal immigration, lawfare against a former president, unbelievable wasteful spending, EV mandates and an election that eliminates any semblance of fairness or integrity.

I poll-watched in Champaign County, Illinois, in the blackest precinct in the county... similar to your observation, turnout was very low and local Democrat officials were worried that was happening all over the country (it was) and Trump would win because Obama’s voters weren’t voting for Biden.

As a GA election official, I can so swear and attest that missing signatures on the printout tapes from the tabulators (the ballot scanners) are NO BIG DEAL when it comes to the vote totals.

The printouts, by process and law SHALL be signed by three people. Typical of Fulton county, they were sloppy, illegally so.

But this on no way affects vote tallies or totals.

The votes are recorded on two different solid state disc drives in the tabulator. one of those disc drives is removed from the machine after we close the polls, and is turned in with other records - to the county of that precinct. results from that disc drive are uploaded at the county office and those become official. The other drive stays in the machine and is later IIRC held in archive storage by the state or county, I forget which. At the precinct, we don’t even have the key to remove that second drive, so I am not sure what happens to it, but it serves as a mirror of the first.

So net - this is yet another sloppy and illegal screw up, but is meaningless vs any questioned totals.

About that phony “broken water pipe” that sent Republican poll workers home — but the ‘Rats came back and kept “counting”.
