1700 * 12 = $20,400 a year.

If you bought an Optimus robot for $30,000, finance over 3 years at 10%, and pay less than $1000 a month.

Now you just need a doctor program, a nurse program, a caregiver program and who needs doctors? You can get labs cheap without a doctor.

Name one business where a gov't-run competitor doesn't do a better job. You can't, because the gov't has no reason to be efficient and every reason not to. Like everything else in DC, your social status and position in DC depends upon how many people you control. Does it really take 16000+ workers to do the job of the EPA? Did the IRS really need 87,000 more workers? I don't think so...

Obamacare is operating as planned. The idea was for it to become so expensive that the “single payer (government)” was the only other option.

I paid $62 a month for a family member who makes $30k a year. My latest bill was $162 with the $250 subsidy if it passes (Jan 1). So I have to shop again.

Democrats lie.

Its what they do. It’s who they are.

So what’s the holdup trying to get rid of this so-called “plan”? I never for a minute ever thought that Obamacare was anything but a scam. People should have learned a long time about Obama’s worthiness, or the lack of same. It wasn’t too hard to figure him out after you’ve read a little history.

We went without health insurance until we each reached 65. I had insurance with my company until I got laid off. The continuing coverage was way over what I could afford so just let it go. I thought the ACA would be ok until I started pricing it out....!!!! $568 a month with a $10,000 deductible!!! And I only had one choice of Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Totally undoable.

Getting health insurance now costs as much as a mortgage payment. It’s insane.

For health care, bring on market force:
1. Break most hospitals into two highly competitive entities
2. Convert other hospitals into real estate leasing entities with competing surgical suites and nursing wings
3. Separate out drug coverage so hospital systems can run care coverage systems and cut out insurance company overhead and meddlers.
4. Create interstate drug plans that don’t have to pay what the drugmaker wants for every drug. To qualify for exchange listing and federal subsidies, they would have to most (~80% or more) in all important types (large volume recombinant, small volume recombinant, breakthroughs under patent, etc.). Group and exchange plans to offer time-limited vouchers at plan set amounts for out-of-formulary drugs. Voucher plans would have variable premiums. Plans without minimums (or vouchers) could be vended directly to individuals and families.
5. These plans would be all the doctors (and AI) prescribe for formulary drugs with co-pays equal to manufacturing cost

Those in this middle group have no power at all. They suffer the consequences.

There is no equal representation in this country. There are the 50% or so who are paid for their vote and the 10% or less that pay for their privileges. The other 40% just pay and suffer.
