Even if perpetrators are convicted by a jury, in Minnesota they can go free on a judge’s whim. A Somali was recently convicted by a jury of a $7.3 million Medicaid fraud, but the leftist Minnesota judge said she thought his fraud might be a bookkeeping error and turned him loose.
