Cueball in the end pocket.
Do. Do not try.
Conduct becoming an assclown!
I most certainly view this as open sedition.
These utter pieces of crap think they can be cute about it and couch it in defensible language, when it is clear EXACTLY what they mean.
They should ALL be punished, but I would absolutely start with that wretched excuse for a human stain of an officer, Mark Kelly.
Everyone who has ever worn a uniform understands fully that you can refuse an unlawful order. It takes courage, and you must be prepared to back it up.
But that was not what this video they created was about.
In other words, you better know damn well what you are talking about when you refuse an order and the consequences of your decision, because you will be called to explain it.
And it won’t do you any good to say to the Board that you thought it was the right thing to do, because you will be mercilessly and justifiably nailed to the hull.
I cannot recall something that made me angrier than these politicians making this video.
This could have long term consequences if this is not punished swiftly and harshly, if we let them get away with this.
It is not “a slippery slope”. This IS the slope.
And not a damn thing will come of it.
Prove me wrong.
They know damn well that every soldier knows that.
And it will take ONE activist judge to overturn it, see how that works
More threats. Mire words. No action.
That video, if left unchallenged, is deadly. They are also lining their ducks in a row for impeachment if they take the House.
The idea that reminding military personnel of their oath and obligation to refuse unlawful orders is a UCMJ violation is simply insane.
Sick of threats! Do it already!
Get it done!
“In other words, you better know damn well what you are talking about when you refuse an order and the consequences of your decision, because you will be called to explain it.”
This Democrat public statement is intended to put uniformed military on notice that there will be retribution against them for following their comander-in-chief’s lawful orders when Democrats regain power. It will be these Democrats who will be judge & jury on any military member they deem to be pro-Trump.
Let us hope so. I assume Kelly and the others got some legal counseling before they made that damnable video. I further assume it will prove to be bad legal counsel.
Certainly, though the five civilians could face federal liability. Sen. Kelley, who as a retired Captain is subject the UCMJ, has a bigger problem. I wonder if they all acted on the same advice, probably a politically affiliated lawyer. If so, though Kelley should have known about his UCMJ liability, the attorney certainly should have informed him.
“And it will take ONE activist judge to overturn it, see how that works”
It’s JAG. The UCMJ
Bondi won’t even read the case
Kelly will surely go down in the annals of government and the military as a traitor. I suppose the stupid TDS deranged jerk thought he was going to use this as his springboard to the U.S. Senate. Instead it has bought him ticket straight to Leavenworth.
