No, I don’t need the hearing aid feature. This feature gets very positive reviews online, though.
I have an iPhone.
No,no,no. Hearing aids does not replace your need for Credit Cards

I think I wore them once out of the house during the whole time I've had them. I met friends for lunch once, wore them, and still couldn't hear people sitting next to me. I told the woman at the audiology department about it. She put an app on my iPhone to use to adjust the volume using the phone. She told me to keep my phone near me so I could adjust the volume as needed. I don't keep my phone out of my purse when I leave the house, and I'm certainly not going to put my phone on a table at a restaurant when eating out with friends, so I just don't wear them.
I don't use the app she put on my phone either. A year or so ago, the app on the phone mysteriously got activated, and interfered with my phone calls. The hearing aids were sitting in the charger in my bedroom, and the sound on the phone calls I was attempting to make, were somehow being sent through the hearing aids. I couldn't hear a thing on my phone. Once I figured out the problem, I turned the hearing aid app off, and it hasn't been on since.
I only go out for doctor appointments and grocery shopping, and I meet friends once a month or so for lunch. I don't feel the need to wear them at all, and especially not at home. I basically got them because my insurance paid for them. I figured I'd get them while I could, and use them one day if the need arises.
The only care I give them is once a week, I take them out of the charger, and put them in a plastic container with a dehydrating disc overnight to remove any moisture that might have collected in them sitting in the charger. Amazon sells the disc sets cheaper than what I was paying to the audiologist. Each disc lasts two months. With prime, they ship for free, so the cost for six discs is about $20.
Recently the health group I use closed their audiology department and won't be replacing it, so that took care of my ever having to go there in the future. One less copay is always good.
Sorry...forgot the mention that the cost of the hearing aids my state insurance paid for were $2,000.

If you are a veteran, The VA will provide you with hearing aids at no cost.
Check into an Osia Baha. Insurance covers it but its surgically implanted.
Overwhelming response, thank you. Lots to consider.
