The Qatari royals are worth $300b. If they put all their money in Treasury bills (they don’t), that’s $12b in annual income. They spend billions a year lobbying in the US. That’s total spending in a presidential year for federal, state and local campaign, both sides, combined. Some of that cash is staying in Tucker’s pockets.
