Israel has described the handover of further mortal remains of an already buried hostage as a clear violation of the Gaza Agreement by the terrorist organization Hamas. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will discuss a response with the heads of the security authorities, his office announced.

The remains handed over to Israel by Hamas belong to an Israeli whose body was brought to Israel by the army in the fall of 2023 and buried. Israeli media had previously reported that the body handed over on Monday evening was not a new hostage who was still missing. The news caused horror in Israel.
Family: Open grave for the third time According to Israeli sources, the mortal remains handed over by Hamas belong to a man named Ofir Tzarfati. The Israeli was abducted from the Nova Festival on October 7, 2023 and later declared dead. His family confirmed the recent transfer of some of his remains, according to the Hostage Relatives Forum.
According to the information, other remains of the man had already been transferred to Israel in March 2024. "This is the third time we have been forced to open Ofir's grave," his family said. They spoke of a "heinous manipulation intended to sabotage the agreement and undo the efforts to bring all the hostages home". The family is living with a wound that keeps opening up. According to reports, Tzarfati was 27 years old.
The Hostage Families Forum called for an immediate meeting with Netanyahu.
Reports: Israel considers expansion of Israeli-controlled Gaza areas As reported by the news website "ynet" and the "Times of Israel", Israel is considering expanding the areas it controls in the Gaza Strip. According to the Israeli broadcaster Kan, however, possible measures will only be taken in coordination with the USA. There is also talk of reducing humanitarian aid for the population in the Gaza Strip.
As part of the first phase of the peace plan promoted by the USA, Hamas must hand over a total of 28 bodies. US President Donald Trump had increased the pressure on Hamas on Saturday to hand over the remaining dead hostages quickly...

This latest “peace treaty” with Hamas is nothing more than a temporary truce.

The relief in Israel is off the charts, with the known-alive hostages having been returned via negotiations. Seemingly miraculously.
What happens with respect to Gaza now almost seems to be a “nice to have”, even though, yes, the return of the remains of all unalived Israeli hostages is a hard requirement.
That said, the POW-MIA vigil movement in the U.S. military never did see a satisfactory resolution.
hamas has no intention of sincere cooperation.....it’s way past time we all realize they will not stop until they destroy Isreal or they are destroyed......THAT is the cold hard truth.
All the living hostages have been freed. Enough.
It’s easy for me to say because it’s not me or my loved ones, but to save all future hostage talking they must treat them as causalities and obliterate the enemy and their compliant constitutients of Islam. However, it’s all moot. The final war on Islam is coming... If AGI allows it, or if Russia and China don’t make their own nuclear decapitation move, first. (Geez, I need to lay off the sugar donuts.)
Seems incredible. Were it not Hamas, I'd say maybe a mistake was made. A misidentification in 2023 or something else other than digging up a corpse and presenting it as new remains. But no evil is beyond Hamas.

I’m sure it had a tomb stone or was marked, since he had been returned back to Israel/the family 2 years ago. So, it wasn’t a mistake. It’s absolutely horrific.
