While President Trump is working overtime to keep America safe and undo the disaster Joe Biden left behind when he opened our borders. Biden flung open the floodgates and let millions of illegals pour into this country, many with serious criminal records. We’ve all seen the headlines: violent crimes, repeat offenders, and senseless tragedies that could have been prevented.
One of the biggest obstacles President Trump is facing is the Democrats. Activist immigration judges, to be exact. These activist judges are working just as hard to keep illegals in the country as Trump’s administration has been working to get them out.
You have to wonder… what kind of person fights this hard to protect criminals instead of citizens?
Answer: Democrats.
Well, thankfully, not anymore. President Trump just stopped these activist judges dead in their tracks.

President Trump has been fighting these activist judges tooth and nail for quite some time now. And while it’s been a long and tough fight, he’s finally winning.

This latest move is a major win for border security, for American sovereignty, and for every law-abiding citizen who’s had enough of the left’s obsession with criminals, chaos, and putting foreigners first.
For years, activist judges have been the quiet “little engine that could” behind America’s illegal immigration crisis, quietly cutting loose thousands of unlawful migrants, knowing full well most would never show up for deportation hearings.
Now that’s over. Trump’s new directive will ensure that criminals who enter the country illegally will stay detained until they’re removed from the country.
Now, if you break America’s laws, you don’t get rewarded with a “get out of jail free” card from some left-wing activist judge.
Fundamentally, Trump is a lawyer-up-and-litigate guy. He’s not going to do an Andrew Jackson imitation and ignore a court order. Trump will appeal it. Usually he wins.
Correct me if I’m wrong. I believe he wins every time - in cases where he loses he doesn’t he appeals and wins.
And the leftist judges ignore those higher court rulings and make Trump do it again without any penalty. And then Trump appeals again. Thanks to that process, what should be a fire hose sweeping out illegals is a trickle. It is a Constitutionally unnecessary legal process that produces only a logistical nightmare enriching lawyers at the expense of national sovereignty.

Leftist judges have given illegal aliens greater legal “rights” than those guaranteed to citizens by the US Constitution.

That was a basic facet of who Trump was, pre-politics.
So long ago, This Guy had forgotten it!
Everybody knew Trump’s appetite for litigation was right there, waiting to be fed like a blast furnace. He deterred a LOT of bad behavior on the part of others that would otherwise have come his way.
He could literally afford to do this (pull the trigger on litigation), financially, whereas many, most all, other people, could not.

All foreign born judges should be removed from the bench IMMEDFIATELY.
There should be a requirement that judges be natural born citizens.
Not perfect, I know, but certainly far better than having America hating usurpers take over our country through the judiciary.
Judges likely take oath to abide by constitution of US. If they are ruling in ways other than that, they should be removed for lack of good behavior. Unfortunately in today’s day, people think good behavior is about feel good “be nice” etc not good behavior of abiding by Constitution and adherence to it.
We’re gonna need a bigger detention facility.

The problem is: Who polices the judges when they rule outside of their authority or ignore higher court rulings? As far as I know, the only way to remove a federal judge is impeachment, and this just isn’t going to happen.
Might I suggest Manhattan?

The judge should be the bond.
If their ward commits a crime - the judge serves the time with them.
If their ward doesn't show up for a hearing - the judge sits in a cell until the ward is apprehended.
