The state of Illinois appears to be in state of Open Rebellion against enforcement of the immigration Laws. One big example of this rebellion happened in Chicago when members of ICE were under assault and aid was requested of the local police. However, the Chief of Patrol REFUSED to give them any aid thus endangering the lives of the ICE crew. Of course, this would not have happened without the consent of the deranged Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. Fortunately, the voters have an opportunity to soon let their feelings on this Open Rebellion be known since there will soon be elections in New Jersey and Virginia for governor as well as attorney general in the latter state. All these candidates must be asked if they will provide aide to ICE and other law enforcement agencies if requested. As Your Humble Correspondent told Brian Craig on his radio show, these elections MUST be made into a referendum on this issue.

Let’s not turn these into national referendum elections. NJ is a Democrat state and the Dem easily could win on that basis along. Earle-Sears is a political amateur who has had trouble fundraising while the Dems dump money into that race. So either race could be lost for local reasons. Hopefully not, but there are weaknesses on the GOP side. I’d be happy if we won one of them.
So just IGNORE the open defiance and REBELLION by the Democrats on protecting ICE? You sound like you've given up on these elections already. Sorry, just because elections might be tough is no reason to give up on them. Where were you in 2016 when the big message was "Trump Can't Win"?

Right! So I have no understanding of the BIZARRE desire to AVOID making the lack of enforcement of immigration laws by Democrats to get these thugs deported an election issue.
