I think the Obama BC thing is a red herring. What people should be looking at are his academic records. When he entered Occidental College did he do so as an international student from Indonesia? It does not matter where he was born if at that time he was a citizen of Indonesia, or claimed dual citizenship.

I imagine that the Occidental admissions records will have been lost in a fire, or maybe even a boating accident. That always works. Or Obama’s year of application will be the one year that was somehow not digitized, or for which the files were somehow corrupted and are not recoverable.
There is no telling where any difference is between “a January 6th type event” and what took place on January 6th. It rests on what EXACTLY the speaker means by “January 6th type event” and from what perspective - to respond to one, or to help engineer one??? What the speaker meant is not clear.
