I hate California.
Does this also mean the “hate speech” and “flag burning hate speech” being spewed at the US by Cauliphonya’s illegal alien invaders?
I want to see what happens if they try to enforce it.
Let’s just rename it
“New Britain”
How does this override federal laws?
SCOTUS nuclear strike incoming.
Does that include hate speech against ICE or President Trump? This “law” needs to be immediately changed in court.
Lol
So California is now the UK of America.
In layman’s terms, any speech Democrats don’t like or agree with.
If Loathsom signs this, it dooms his Presidential aspirations.
This was predicted by many people (including me) a long time ago, back when “hate crimes” first became a thing.
A “hate crime” is very subjective. It is whatever the authorities want it to be.
Same goes with “hate speech”.
That’s what the left used to say of Trump after each action.
Hate is all that CommieforniaCrats know...
I’d agree. On the other hand, his declining to do so could easily work in his favor: “Standing up for Free Speech!”
...and we can’t rule out the Kal-Democrats setting him up in this way.
So after belching out wisdom about folks dissing Charlie
Kirk’s assassination as just being free speech they now pass a law making free speech a crime. FUBAR
> I want to see what happens if they try to enforce it. <
My guess is that California will seize the bank accounts of the “offenders”. That’s just how California rolls.
But of course the Supreme Court will have the final say.
Now THIS is where freedom dies. Hate crimes and hate speech where any person can claim victim status, and any bureaucrat can define and condemn with the full power of law and the state. AND. Eventually any individual and group can judge. Charlie Kirk was killed, his murder justified by accusing him of hate speech.
If this stands, California is the turning point.
