He started out going full "Elbows Up!" against Trump to get elected Prime Minister of Canada. Unfortunately for Canada, Mark Carney has morphed into a hapless Elmer Fudd. Even his hunched over body posture reflects this especially when he is in the presence of President Donald Trump. And the latest news which adds into his image as a pathetic "Elbows DOWN!" Elmer Fudd is the announcement by a Canadian energy infrastructure company that they will be investing $8.5 BILLION to develop energy infrastructure ...in the United States.

Just remember that nobody voted to install this individual into office.
The Canadians had this crazy notion to square up and fight the US in a trade war, they are quickly learning a lesson of power politics and it’s not pretty from their view.
If they don’t drop their pride and negotiate with Trump their economy will be in a depression in 8-10 months maybe sooner. They are still pursuing the insane net zero agenda combined with increasing taxes while their neighbor is sucking jobs out of the country like a vacuum cleaner.
That comparison is unfair to Elmer Fudd.
