The local advertisers are the ones making money and stand to lose with viewers being turned off by indecent content

I think people just don’t see that the networks are different from cable and other carriers/broadcasters. Radio and TV are different from Podcasts

He had/has governing authorities. They are much less stringent than if turning point relied on Network TV for production

It sounds to me like somebody found a foolproof legal loophole, if you will, to take action on their own.
