Brian Allen @allenanalysis đ¨BREAKING: Jimmy Kimmelâs studio is reportedly being cleared out; furniture, equipment, everything hauled away.
No formal announcement. No send-off. Just silence and moving trucks.
Should have been garbage trucks...
LOL!
I’m i’m over this story.I’m tired of hearing about it.The media is totally try to sweep charlie kirk’s killing under the rug abd focus on this asshole.
Good
“””Should have been garbage trucks...””””
should have been a flamethrower and a haz-mat team.
These people make things so much worse with their highly orchestrated, over the top, performative response.
Normal people are noticing just how very insane these Libs are, finally.
He has been spewing hate and divisive crap for years and they didn’t can him. We were used to that. Notice, nobody on the right took his life because of his hate, or called for him to be fired.
He was canned because he flat out lied and the lie could cause his employer to pay out more than Kimmel is worth in a lawsuit.
ABC? Was it ABC? I never watched this weasel, has already been taken to court for other nonsense like this.
I would have had the Security escort him out. Make sure he doesn’t steal anything.
Jimmy Kimmel... maybe he can beg Adam Carolla if he can come back and be the Girls and Trampolines dancing monkey again.
Hit the road, Jack...
GROK:
Annual Losses: Reports estimate Jimmy Kimmel Live! was losing ABC approximately $40â50 million per year, with production costs around $100 million annually. This mirrors losses for similar shows, like CBSâs The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, which was canceled in July 2025 after reportedly losing $40 million yearly.
Declining Ad Revenue: Across ABC, CBS, and NBC late-night programs, advertiser spending on linear broadcasts fell to $221 million in 2024, down from $439 million in 2016. For Jimmy Kimmel Live!, year-to-date ad revenue through 2025 was under $70 million, despite serving over 200 brands (e.g., Allstate, McDonaldâs). Kimmel himself has noted that early seasons of his show (with 5x current viewership) were already claimed to be unprofitable, and he disputes overly simplistic loss figures by highlighting overlooked affiliate fees worth hundreds of millions.
Viewership Drop: The show lost 72% of its key 18â49 demographic over the past decade, averaging 1.77 million total viewers in Q2 2025âfar below peaks like Johnny Carsonâs era. This has made it less appealing to advertisers, exacerbating losses since at least 2023.
Have a feeling Whoopie and Joyâs offices will be getting similar treatment very shortly.
These late night hosts were stupid enough to piss away a lucrative career. TDS must be a very real thing.
No way will he be back on ABC.
1) Lieing as he did can be cause for a station’s license to be pulled.
2) His show has continually lost audience to a now dismal rating—earning little but costing a lot. He’s lost 80% of his audience in 7 years—(once 1M+, now 200K+) A sane business decision ends it while they have cover.
3) Affiliates are pissed....and so are their viewers throughout ‘flyover’ country, defined as 50-60 TV markets everywhere outside of NY, LA, SF, and Chicago.
4) Kimmel was threatening corporate merger ongoings.
Everything points in one direction: “the end, my friend, this is the end” ht/JimMorrison
Confirmation appears to be coming with reports that the studio is being dismantled while staff packs their bags.
Next time maybe they should hire someone apolitical, interesting, and funny.
WME represents Kimmel.
WME may have gotten him another gig.
Or Kimmel is laying low until the heat dies down.
He has not been fired.
And Disney clearly didn’t care that Kimmel’s ratings and demos were citing the bowl.
Kimmel was not there to entertain, was he.
CBS should have done this in regards to Colbert instead of keeping him on the air until next year.
It mentions Colbert’s show as being canceled in July 2025, yet the punk is still on the air until at least next year. Why wait? Why not nix it then or now?
Also, gotta figure ABC may have wanted to get rid of Kimmel and Kimmel gave them the ammo (pun intended) to do so. Good riddance to rubbish.
