to remake itself the way the Republican Party here did under Trump. The Republican party did not remake itself. After Trump, it will go right back to "wide stance" warmongering neoconmanship with low taxes and uncharismatic hedge fund managers.

I wish Trump would go figuratively nuclear on Starmer and mass immigration on the visit. Or bring JD and have him do it.
I get it...statesmanship and decore etc. so it probably won’t happen (especially with William buttering Trump up) but it needs to.

Trump was in Scotland just w few weeks ago and met Starmer several times.
It did not cause an earthquake or remove anyone out of office.
