Might not be that easy. There are a number of military lawyers that have degrees and work in immigration for the military members. And to do that, they must be qualified in immigration law.

Funny military lawyer story.
I know a guy who had a dispute with the state fish and game over “fish parts”. Went to JAG for some help and saw his diploma from Harvard Law. He wasn’t doing much that day so the guy called the DA in the adjacent county. Had a conversation over the “fish parts” and both agreed it was silly, Charges dismissed.
As long as they periodically remove the liberal ones...reassign them to Korea or Okinawa.

No local or federal judges are in charge of the US military. That's completely the COC's purview.
I would like to have them used for military tribunals.
