There is a story floating around X that she petitioned the courts to get his name changed. She is the problem. Probably divorced his dad.

How could she not know that he had an arsenal of guns in his room with very strange graffiti scrawled all over them? Or had no idea of his mental state? She’s probably just as crazy as he was.

Some sources state that he was not living st home. I am beginning to wonder if she is also a Leftist crazy and groomed her kid to be the same.
How could they prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did know? Lawyering up is probably a wise move.
She perhaps suggested the shooting to him? bought his guns? what?Why would she need a criminal attorney?
I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I read that the mom and dad divorced in 2013, so when Robert might’ve been 11 or thereabouts. Tough at any age, but I know someone who was that age when the parents divorced, and the kid went off the deep end.
The mother “retired” from the school in 2021. She worked there for five years, so I am having difficulty with “retired”. I suspect there is a lot more to this story, and am thinking she didn’t retire but was asked to resign and probably because of an incident or incidents at the school involving her son. To save embarrassment, the diocese agreed to not take action if she resigned.
Gee, I wonder why? 🙄

If someone works at a Catholic school, but openly goes against Catholic teachings, they can be removed. I don’t know if that’s the case here, but the school may have frowned upon her calling her son her daughter. There are lots of explanations, and one could be that she really did retire of her own accord. It’s hard to say.

I have a feeling the mother helped shape his freakish deviance and then covered for him for a long time. One report said the perp planned this for four years. How could mom not notice?
That would mean the safety and lives of the victims were nots as important to the mother as her son’s voyage to the other sex. Too bad for society.
