Tucker Carlson talked about this with Piers Morgan.
Winston Churchill won WWII but so what? They should have allowed the Nazis to win instead. That was the point Tucker Carlson was making.
But we know that the Brits didn't want to speak German.
> “Eisenhower should have let Patton take Berlin.” Terrible idea. <
Yep. As I noted earlier, it would have been a disaster all around. Tanks not do well in urban environments. And the German troops in the city were commanded by Hitler himself. No early surrender there.
Ike was very wise in holding Patton back. To this day some folks don’t see that.
Germans would not have fought to the death in Berlin against American troops to the same degree they did against the Soviets.
We have all of these countries, each one diverse from another until the globalists decide the population of each country must be diverse for the sake of diversity.
Nationalism scares the globalists and they will always do what they can to negatively affect nationalism. End globalism now.
The NAZIs were a US funded Sodomite movement in Germany. Their first official meeting was in a gay bar in Munich called, “The Bratwurstgloeckl”, house of the long sausage (a phallic innuendo). Virtually all of the NAZI leadership were former German Military officers who were kicked out of the military for buggery. Hitler was elevated to the top by wealthy German sodomites who knew he would faithfully clean up the mess of the Weimar Republic.
Thank you and your comment is very well stated.
I despise links with little to no description.
They did lose their country and attempt at an empire. However, they gained prominent government positions throughout the EU and the CIA and NASA.
It might have been. I’ve mentioned it a couple times here.
I’d be curious what you think.
In the same category. The people who post a headline such as, "I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST SAW ON TV!" followed in the body by, "I'M SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!"
I don't read minds.
It's a discussion of the philosophical forces that have shaped the history of Western thought since the French Revolution, which the Winston Marshall's guest, R.R.Reno, identifies as the true beginning of the processes that have brought us to where we are today, the true beginning of the struggle between "left" and "right."
The discussion touches on several subjects that are of interest today, including Donald Trump, transgenderism, and the place of George Soros in history.
That said, I did watch the first 13 mins and found it interesting. I'll watch it in full when I'm less distracted.
Back at you.
Sounds like an interesting book. Thanks for the rec.
The “fear of nationalism” originated in western Leftist intellectual circles - taken directly from the Soviets - using the Left’s lie that “nationalism” not Nazism was the error of Germany creating WWII. But, Hitler’s Nazism was not about “nationalism”, it was an attempt at imperialism on the European continent.
From that lie, western Leftists convinced western European democracies to (falsely) suppress “nationalism” and set up governing bodies above the sovereign nations - on the lie that “national sovereignty” cannot be trusted.
In practice the “Common Market (later known as the EU)” in the first half of its existence proved the fear of “nationalism” was a false fear, that DEMOCRATIC sovereign nations of Europe could easily cooperate on economic and other matters, without loss of “nationalism” or sovereignty, when they (the democracies) were choosing natural not imperialistic nationalism with peaceful and cooperative relations.
But that did not stop the Left inspired elites from blaming “nationalism” and continuing to try to dilute national sovereignty and increase centralized powers - as if “war” would break out among each other if they didn’t. Which was a lie.
Other than Russia, centuries of war topped by the two world wars pretty much bled out the idea of war as a solution among European peoples. Natural nationalism has actually been safe among western European democracies since the close of WWII. They have pretty much followed the Japanese post-WWII model - open markets between democratic and peaceful countries and market oriented economics do better than the ideas of colonialism and imperialism, showing true success does not need them.
Russia on the other hand is moving retrograde - wanting its old empire back.
Appreciate that.
except maybe the last sentence.
later
