I would say, we need to pick our battles, and this one is log pass its time. There are many more important issues to be addressed right now.
Even if Obama was born in Kenya or anywhere else in the world, he was a son of US mother, so he was eligible for presidency. And even if he were not eligible, what else could be done? Undo his eight years of presidency?!

A lot like the HDOH supposedly refusung to issue certified copies of longform bc’s (which was claimed by both David Axelrod and by Bob Bauer, iirc) even though their rules required it and they denied the existwnce of any records redefining what constitutes a standard birth certificate or governs how it is issued - even though such records are required to be posted on their website before thwy can go into effect. The memo that they claimed had been in effect for over 29 yrs had a creatuon date of the vwry date that Obama’s fake longform appeared.
