Trump - A Copper Mine in Arizona, “Resolution,” was just delayed by a Radical Left Court for two months — 3,800 Jobs are affected, and our Country, quite simply, needs Copper — AND NOW!

A Copper Mine in Arizona, “Resolution,” was just delayed by a Radical Left Court for two months — 3,800 Jobs are affected, and our Country, quite simply, needs Copper — AND NOW! They are looking to do an Expedited Appeal before the Ninth Circuit, but it is so sad that Radical Left Activists can do this, and affect the lives of so many people. Those that fought it are Anti-American, and representing other Copper competitive Countries. We can’t continue to allow this to happen to the U.S.A.! The Appeal will take place, shortly, in the Ninth Circuit.

The mine is all Federal Land. The Indians have no say.

I f Pres. Trump asked God to appear and God did, They would call Pres. Trump a “witch”, or probably something worse.

The majority of American Indians voted for Trump in the last election. They are also more likely to have served in the military compared to other ethnicities.

The trouble is from the same bunch of pasty white college brainwashed protesters who stand in they way of anything good happening in this country.

No snail wad any more.
Snail wad lost like 10 years ago!
Now it is the San Carlos Apache sacred ground!
San Carlos Apache live at least 50 miles away and it was never been their sacred ground, until the mine was proposed.
But now, you cannot touch anything!
Actually, 2 mounts is not that much. This thing is going on for soo may years!

It is the Arizona Mining Reform Coalition, the Indians are just a tool of them.
Bunch of out of state enviros.

Funny thing.
Resolution promised so much to enviros, that even most of them support this mine!
The opposition is just a small group of hard liners. They are basically NO mining, EVER types. Nothing can satisfy them.

Has someone posted a bond to cover the damages incurred if they lose in court?

Or are we just not doing that anymore

Now you must understand that if America used American mined copper and it was cost effective

Arizona is the Copper State for a reason.

“I feel the USSC gets overworked”

***********

They bring this on themselves by not providing firm direction to lower courts. The Court knows what’s going on but allows it to continue.

I’m betting directions probably wouldn’t be followed if they were. Perhaps they have also.

Congress shares blame also. They don’t penalize the courts that are intentionally gumming up the system. If you tell me to stop doing something and there’s no consequence if I ignore you, then nothing ever changes.

Having been raised in SoAz, and worked with a GeoEx company, this poster is right on.

There have been No Go zones all over Az for *decades*. This mining district is one of these zones.

Congress needs to act, or this will be repeated again and again. Part of the acting should include limiting the 9th Circuit.
