Some people like to make up stories to justify criminal behavior. We should have seen enough story telling by now to know it when we see it.
More evidence of seething urban black unhealthy hatred toward white people. A city official is tasked with keeping the peace, choosing her words wisely, governing her beastly emotions and otherwise diffusing and not pouring gasoline on an explosive racial confrontation. At the least she owes an apology to both the overserved, underserved and, heck, the incompetently served public.
