Hold on a minute. So a man can demand that a pregnant woman have an abortion, and if she goes through with the pregnancy he can sue her? I think this is some kind of gay man privilege. No other man can do that. She should’ve flipped him the finger. But this is the beginning of the moral compromises she made when she was agreeing to do this for two men.

Not reported in article: Where was this newborn Baby Boy for those few days he lived? Did he remain in the hospital, or did this pair take custody, take him home, and just run out the clock until the Baby died?

If he stayed in the hospital, I’m guessing all Well Babies are allowed to stay inpatient for a set number of days. If inpatient, the hospital will have to account for what was/ was not done for the child during his short life. I’ve never been a Dad, don’t know the process first hand, so I may be missing certain obvious factors.
