Because in the process of researching this, I discovered that a lot of Clapper videos have been SCRUBBED from the web? Think I'm kidding? Then see if you can find the video of Clapper on Oct. 16, 2020 telling Erin Burnett that Hunter Biden's laptop is probably the result of Russian Disinformation. I only found it because I sort of went in the back door via other videos. Same applies with the video of Clapper's computer freezing and going black when asked about leaking to the press. Scrubbing done either by CNN or intelligence agencies (until this year) or both.

I will never be able to find the statement, but he was once testifying before congress and was asked if he was lying. The best I can remember of his answer was that he was telling the least harmful lie. But he did admit that he was lying. The only information I can find now is that in testimony on other matters he said he made a mistake.
