No — with one possible exception. Your emphasis of the phrase, “by force” is spot on.

The only exception that I can imagine would require a conspiracy between Obama et al. and a violent anarchist organization (i.e., Antifa) provided the use of force is intended to overthrow the United States government as opposed to the use of force to protest government policy.

This statute is probably a better choice because it does not require the actual use of force:

§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

You need to be looking at the UCMJ rather than the USC. The latter plays right into their hands as they calculate how much damage they can do while outrunning (the slow, lumbering) civil law. A military response is needed.

Tie them to the covid mandates that subverted the 2020 election (using force to “vaccinate” people against their will, especially within the military.
