I usually copy and paste the headline. That way I avoid mistakes (of which I otherwise make many).

I also leave on spell check. My fingers often type faster than my brain.

My pet peeve is people say *I could care less* when they mean *I could NOT care less*.

If they could care less, then they care some and they’re capable of caring less.

If they could NOT care less, then it is not possible to care less than I do which is already none.

Writing “could of” or not knowing the difference between the words “then” and “than” are illustrative of how crappy this country’s education system has become.

Homeschooling my kids took care of that for me. I HAD to finally learn English in self-defense and I always figure I went to school K-8th grade 4 times. Once for me and once for each of the three kids.
