Spoiler alert. Any such case that reaches the Supreme Court will demonstrate that at least 5, 6, and maybe even 7 justices will declare the pardons/auto pen are just swell. Guaranteed.

Biden MAY have given verbal approval of the pardons, but did he even see a list of who was being pardoned? Who compiled the list of those to be pardoned and given Biden’s impaired mental capacity could others have been added to the list without his knowledge or even verbal consent? His “pardons” of people not even indicted for any crime let alone convicted of anything cannot in my mind be legal. This is the equivalent of a “get out of jail free” card in Monopoly. Given the history of the Biden crime family some of these pardons may have been sold.

Laura Ingraham is reporting Biden said he DIDN’T approve them all tonight.

Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee, in his final hours of office.[109] Later that day, he also granted pardons for three of his siblings and two of their spouses, former chairman of the Kentucky Democratic Party Jerry Lundergan, and commuted the life imprisonment of Native American activist Leonard Peltier to home imprisonment for life.[110]
It should be only legal, if a sitting POTUS with a witness, signs a bill or executive order. No autopens, with the technology of today, POTUS could be in the darkest parts of Africa, and sign with his own hand, fax and return it by some method from his Luxurious and well protected AF One.
I can sign things on my laptop, legal documents. They are less important that things POTUS can sign.
OTOH, when POTUS is out of the country, the VP should be in charge while he is outside of American airspace. I seem to remember Barry Soetoro signing documents from a Hawaiian vacation.
Most likely not, I would rather the POTUS and his minions work on cleaning the voter rolls. It is not too difficult to make CITIZENS re-register. It has to be done within 1 year from right about NOW.
