The white house has singled out the Home Depot as a place for increased immigration elated crackdowns. Critics say this is a bad idea, however proponents say that by removing incentives for illegal immigration, like the ease at which unlawful employment can be secured, you help secure america's border.

Critics say this is a bad idea
They say anything that helps is a bad idea.
A war zone? Really? Like in Ukraine?
If that’s the case, Home Depot should be charged with employing illegals.
I am planning to boycott Home Depot.
Well, I’m “elated” if they’re crackling down.
I stopped shopping there, 3yrs ago. It was loaded with CRIMINAL, ILLEGAL, ALIEN INVADERS from 7am to 11am, 5-6 days a week.
Home Depot doesn’t employ them, they gather there to get picked by private contractors who buy supplies at HD.
I don’t advocate singling out a private business, who has nothing to do with the issue.
The government is setting itself up for a major lawsuit, if they harm HD’s sales.
This activity is done outside of HD’s jurisdiction.
I don’t think they hire them. They hang out there to get labor jobs.
They are merely Arresting Illegals, who congregate for Day Laborer jobs with Contractors at Home Depot curbside. In CA, drive by ANY Home Depot, and the Illegal day labor is lined up, with their lunch boxes, curbside every morning, as I've seen for YEARS.
Unfortunately, the Contractors who pay them are NEVER Prosecuted.

Nothing to do with it? Seems they do. They let them do this on their property to sell goods.
LOL No they aren't, as long as it's a legitimate law enforcement purpose. They're hanging out in plain view.
If HD does anything to interfere, they're subject to an obstruction indictment, and if it's company policy, a RICO action and seizure of assets.
If the “gathering” happens on HD’s premises, is HD not, in at least some small way, asking for an enforcement action to happen on their premises?
That is a major problem. A lot businesses have come recently crying about losing workers: they should face arrest. Which might make the rest start checking immigration status.
immigration elated crackdowns.
+++++++++++++++
Let’s get started!
‘Unfortunately, the Contractors who pay them are NEVER Prosecuted.’
THAT needs to change right now!
Why do you rob banks?
-That’s where the money is
Why do you hang out at Home Depot parking lots?
-That’s where the cash only day labor enabling Contractors hang out
If you’re going fishing, ya go to the good spots.
Simple as that!
Home Depot isn’t employing the illegals. The illegals congregate in Home Depot parking lots every morning where contractors pick them up for day labor. They get paid cash and dropped back off at Home Depot when the job is done.
Every Home Depot I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot of them throughout Texas) has illegals waiting around in the parking lot first thing in the morning. They are usually gone by 8:00 or 9:00 am, either hired or they give up for the day. For some reason I don’t see them much at Lowes or other lumber stores, unless there is no Home Depot in town. So it makes sense to target the Home Depots first.
We hired a contractor to replace our roof and siding after a hail storm. The representative we dealt with was an American, but when the crew showed up, let’s just say they weren’t exceptionally fluent in English. I was walking past a window and happened to glance out and see one of them pulling their pants down to urinate, in the middle of the front yard!

A quick path to increased self-deportation would be prosecuting those who employ the illegals. That includes everyone from someone hiring an illegal as a nanny to those employing hundreds.
