A ‘Top Secret’ Intelligence assessment about the US’s strikes on Iranian nuclear sites was leaked to CNN, and CNN disclosed it on live TV on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, a ‘top secret’ intel assessment of the Fordow plant was leaked to CNN, AP, and the New York Times.
CNN reported that, according to a leak, an early assessment from the Pentagon’s intelligence arm revealed Iran’s nuclear sites are ‘largely intact’ and the US strikes only set them back a few months.
A leak to the AP also claimed that Iran’s nuclear program was not ‘completely and fully obliterated.’
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded to the leak: “This alleged assessment is flat-out wrong and was classified as ‘top secret’ but was still leaked to CNN by an anonymous, low-level loser in the intelligence community. The leaking of this alleged assessment is a clear attempt to demean President Trump

A High-dollar reward should be offered to anyone who can confirm who the SOB is, and when exposed he should be indicted for treason.
This isn’t a “leak”, it’s fabrication. Trump should tell them to kiss off and ignore it. The fact Iran hasn’t said otherwise confirms the kill.

That response is a good example why Trump, despite massive election cheating, still managed to win the popular vote.
Until someone, or at least a remotely controlled probe, has been down in the tunnels, no one can really know the intent of the damage.
If the tunnels are blocked, it may be a long time before anyone can get down there.
If someone HAS been there, it suggests that Iran had secret access points of which we were unaware. This, by the way, would be a pretty obvious precaution for Iran to have taken. Those access points would have been clandestinely constructed, well concealed, and not used for any routine purposes. And the only way we could know about that is if we intercept Iran’s internal communications on the subject.
Releasing such information would gravely endanger any U.S. or Israeli sources. I do not know the details of the law in this area, but my understanding is that the journalistic privilege to protect sources would not hold up in such a case. Time to haul in everyone at CNN who is in the chain, question them, and start pulling fingernails.
Could such a report have come out of the Pentagon? Sure. But it could also be fabricated disinformation from Axis of Evil players ... which could also include democratic operatives, who now have an established record of fabricating disinformation for partisan reasons.

I do not believe prosecution for treason is possible given the very narrow definition in the constitution.
To be convicted, you have to levy war against the States or adhere to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
Since the reason this crime was defined in the Constitution to begin with was the abuse of treason under the British monarchy, it can’t be true that “their enemies” is a subjective matter for the Executive to decide, since the next Obama could declare that posting on conservative websites made you an enemy of the States.
I do not believe there has been a treason prosecution without a state of war declared by Congress. Jefferson Davis was not charged with treason. Alger Hiss was not charged with treason. The Rosenbergs were not charged with treason. Even Jane Fonda was not charged with treason.
