They better be monitoring his communications - both the would-be assassin’s and the judge’s.
He’s publicly asked for a GoFundMe to fund an assassin. Even if he can’t do the job himself because of an ankle monitor (unless he can get the monitor off...) he can work to find somebody who can do it, and he seems to be saying that he is actively recruiting.
