Need organic support for regime change.
They had it years ago when Barrack Hussein left the organic support swinging in the breeze.
You speak the truth. Iran is a predominantly Muslim country and will remain so. The best we can hope for is a Turkish type country with no nukes! In 1979 the Shah was brutal with his Savak troops. This combined with Carter’s weakness led to the Iranian Revolution
“They had it years ago when Barrack Hussein left the organic support swinging in the breeze.”
I refer you to To Have And Have Not, starring Humphry Bogart, based on novel by Ernest Hemingway. Heroic, though cowardly dissident whose wife Bogart boinked: “Hitler doesn’t understand that there will always be somebody else.”
They still have it. One of the organic supporters is Tousi’s dad, now freed and at large somewhere in Iran.
Likely they just worry about themselves.
I refer you to this...

EVERYONE should have a chance to be free.
Thanks for the support
On Amos and Andy they called him “Humpty Bogart.”
His father is Iranian and in Tehran right now. So he actually does know things others dont, and has connections that others don’t have.
He is an Iranian living in UK ( his mom also Iranian and escaped via US embassy when the Shah was deposed)
Plus Tousi loathes Kier Starmer and been extremely outspoken against him to the point of near arrest, is a big MAGA supporter, all of which earns him brownie points for integrity in my opinion.
You don’t know what the heck you are talking about. Geez you dont even know where the guy lives and broadcasts from? Yet you think youare some expert! 🤦♀️
Ummm. Mayhar Tousi lives in the UK and he recently celebrated his Thirty-Seventh birthday, so how could he have emigrated from Iran 40 years ago?
If you are going to slander the man, at least get your facts right.
His father and other relatives are currently in Iran, so Tousi should be fairly knowledgeable.
You mock him and other independent news outlets, but would you trust tabloids such as the NYT, Washington Compost, LA Slimes, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, LSDNBC, BBC, etc? I wouldn’t trust the aforementioned propaganda outlets to inform me that the sun rose this morning.
Tousi may or may not be correct. Time will tell.
I’m astonished at how many blacks loved Amos and Andy. When I finally tuned into it, I could see why. But my liberal upbringing taught me it was a racist minstrel act.
I saw a video with some of the cast members like Earnestine Wade (Sapphire) praising the show. They noted that the dialog never used the N-word, unlike Richard Pryor. But college-educated Blacks hated Johnnie Lee’s character, the lawyer Algonquin J. Calhoun.
Very leftist response to accuse someone of doing exactly what you did first.
Are you in AL?
“”Very leftist response to accuse someone of doing exactly what you did first.””
My comment about flying from Iran to Yemen was NOT directed to anything posted by you. You didn’t have a dog in that fight. Can’t help but wonder why you never learned to count!
Yes.
Are you?
It was on the borderline, skirting stereotypes and at the same time showing some depth of character in the players. Same problem with Dumbo. The crows were the good guys. They taught the baby elephant to fly. But their dialect was too heavy for many people’s tastes these days. Tom and Jerry’s mistress went through an evolution from heavy-accented, fat negro woman to not-so-heavy-accented but still black and fat, to skinny white suburban housewife. Personally, I couldn’t stand the Dyn-o-mite kid on Good Times, or Jackie Mason’s Jewish shtick, either. Sometimes when skirting the borderline of a shifting paradigm, one crosses over and ends up in a minefield.
