Now, how about addressing judicial activism in contravention of the U.S. Constitution to compel Congressional action?

Does POTUS not have a single person responsible for promoting his administration's public positions? DOJ at a minimum needs to get out in front of all of this. We may be winning the public opinion battle on immigration, but judicial activism - of which this case was an extreme example - needs to be both destroyed publicly and put down harshly.
