The thing about this one is that it's true.

Getting humans to Mars is a technical engineering task, in which your "opponent" is constrained by logic, rational thought, and common sense, and ultimately by the laws of Physics.

Eliminating waste from government is a task of dealing with people, who are not constrained by anything, including logic, rational thought, common sense, propriety, morality, or any laws whatsoever.

This belongs in Not-The-Bee.
