I did read it and they never said. Â They did mention an AI search that said if they used 400 pounds of ammonium nitrate along with the nitromethane... Â Then made a supposition of it being like the Oklahoma City bombing.
It made as much sense as flying monkeys out of their nether regions.
A purchase of 400 pounds of ammonium nitrate would set off alarms all over.

If Crooks was tasked with blowing up a building, why not manipulate the story and use him at another time.
Two birds...one stone.
Yearick would have given up Crooks and the handler.
DED man had gauged ear lobes.
