If he’s still the AG, I wonder if he has any right to be on the floor of the House at all. That may be the issue.
Does the AG typically get to sit in on TX House sessions?
again i say: Texas is one big Messus. (and has been for a while now.) i sure hope Texas republicans wake up soon.
thank God for FL and TN.
RINOs circling the wagons. 😣
A great effort is being made to flip Texas.
Likely because he doesn't have floor privileges and if you don't have those, you are not allowed to be on the House floor.
Just another hyperbolic, nonsensical article from the TGP. "Developing" - good grief.
He says that he was asked to leave by a staffer, and Paxton replied that he thought it was okay for a previous House member to come onto the floor. Staffer told him that as the current AG he is not included.
While Cornyn is certain no friend of Paxton, there is a cadre of RINOs who are in reality Democrats in the Texas House. Even though Republicans control the House, these RINOs actually gives Democrats power. They were also the reason they tried to impeach & remove Paxton as the AG. Thank goodness they failed, so now they are acting out like he childish idiots that they are.
He was there because some Republicans had invited him there.
RINOs Dade Phelan and my rep Angie Chen Button are despicable.
