Cadre Apocalypse: How the ANC Destroyed South Africa
YouTube ^ | 05/26/2025 | Citizen Concerned South Africa

While Botswana and Singapore prioritized meritocracy, mentorship, and long-term development, the ANC rushed transformation — purging thousands of experienced professionals in the name of political loyalty. This video explores the devastating consequences of cadre deployment, early retirements, and the erosion of institutional knowledge in government.

From destroyed infrastructure to bloated, dysfunctional departments, we trace the long-term impact of ignoring skill, merit, and mentorship.

Nobody supports Apartheid, but you can't overnight replace highly skilled engineers with valuable experience with a bunch of ANC political operatives.
Its not going to work.
People have to work their way up after obtaining the professional academic qualifications.

...purging thousands of experienced professionals in the name of political loyalty...

What a delicate way of putting it.

Ancient Chinese proverb. When you plan revenge, you dig 2 graves, one for your foe and one for yourself.

The ANC wasn't concerned about running the country, prosperity, or human rights. They were all about brick mentality, kill anyone who ever said or did anything against you.

10,000 years of mud huts, and they are still killing each other over who's wife is fatter or who gets dead grandpa's lion loin clothe.

Handing over a Nation to a group that fell out of the tree 20 years beforehand, with 3 college degrees amongst them, was a grand idea.

It wasn't that bad.
After experiencing Apartheid for decades, you can't blame the blacks for being in a hurry to seize power.
They just went about it the wrong way as far as taking over the running of complex government owned companies are concerned.

I bet the liberal left wished they never broached this topic. The attempt at calling what is happening in SA as “false” by the media has invited a challenge to that conclusion.

A glaring difference is the Botswana and Singapore did not have Communist participation in the changeover. The ANC was a coalition involving Communist Party in a big way.

Considering the Communist elements of the ANC and the PAC, it is apparent that their system is working as designed alongside the natural African massive corruption in every phase and office.

Interesting to note that over 90 percent of the farms confiscated by the government have failed and are out of production.
