I know that is what they are telling us... But I don’t know if you remember or not, but a year ago I found much more that was going out from the IMF and World Bank that was going to “undisclosed” recipients. I linked to that huge question mark on the US spending site back at the time. But since then they have revamped the US Spending website and that information is now not even available anymore, they hid that these payments were going to undisclosed recipients...

I will look, but I think I might have actually taken screenshots at the time because I was afraid they would hide it... I hope they are not on my other dead machine...
