Bureaucrats (yes, even government lawyers) work at the pleasure of the President. They don't get to set national policy. The President does. That’s how our system works. ... Or is supposed to work. Apparently all the bed wetters have to do is find a judge, any judge, anywhere, who agrees with them and presto, nationwide injunction.
