Correct me if I am wrong; the network did not shorten Kamala’s answer to that question; they grabbed a splice from a different question. When Trump got hold of the whole transcript, it was time for CBS to pull out the big beautiful checkbook.

Shari Redstone had a long talk with the CBS lawyers and was advised to “Settle now under the best terms you can negotiate or go to court and lose your whole ass instead of just half your ass if you settle now. You will lose.”
The above two posts combined with another posters mention of discovery if the lawsuit went to court scared the hell out of their lawyers. CBS lawyers gave her good advice, “Lose half your ass today or all your ass tomorrow.”
I dont think Jake Tapper is capable of any kind of “brutal attack”. Intellectual, or otherwise.
DNCBS is blowing up like a Pinto gastank.
That and with USAID dollars no longer flowing and absent his CIA handler directing daily news operations. Sure he’s now having troubles alright.
I’d love to see Tapper’s marching orders pertaining to to the Biden debate catastrophe.

Let’s look at a brief incomplete history of CBS 60 Minutes lies.
Over 20 years ago, we had the fake Bush National Guard memos. Famously debunked almost immediately starting right here on Free Republic, initiated by FReeper Buckhead. It took them weeks, months to finally admit their lies on this one. It should have taken about 15 minutes.
40 years ago we had the Audi unintended acceleration story which almost destroyed the brand in the USA. And that was a complete lie, this was confused drivers standing on the accelerator. The braking systems on those cars worked, and would more than stop those cars even at full throttle, if only someone were using the brake (instead of the accelerator). They never admitted to that one.
Well be waiting with no end in sight.

60 Minuets producer is upset that Redstone is “bending a Knee to Trump”. Meanwhile knee pads are still issued and required to be worn by supposed journalist at 60 Minutes like Stahl so they can more easily service Democrats. Give me a break
