I figure Fuzz is a highly advanced AI bot, capable of not only parsing, understanding, and replying to real human comments, but replying with sarcasm, twisted wit, and even some trolling.

As far as I know, no Earthly nation has developed AI with those capabilities at that level. Leaving only the conclusion that Fuzz in in fact an ET bot. Might be Lunar, or Martian, but my money is on somewhere outside the Solar System.
