After years of stonewalling, spin, and subversion of truth, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the leadership of Director Kash Patel, has finally placed Deep State operative Brian Auten on administrative leave.
Sources familiar with the matter told the New York Times that Auten was placed on administrative leave last week.
Auten’s suspension comes after years of public outcry over his corrupt misconduct inside the Bureau, which turned the FBI into an arm of the Democrat Party.
He was a key player in Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI’s scandalous counterintelligence investigation based on the now-discredited Steele Dossier.
According to the DOJ Inspector General, Auten failed to alert FBI leadership about gaping holes and fabrications in the dossier, yet still aggressively pushed for illegal FISA warrants on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
Let’s be clear: this was the FBI spying on a presidential campaign based on false evidence — and Brian Auten was in the thick of it.
But Auten didn’t stop at attacking Trump. In 2020, just weeks before the election, whistleblowers allege that Auten authored an internal FBI report that falsely labeled damning information about Hunter Biden as “Russian disinformation.”

Even being excessively charitable, the first could have been a mistake and the second could have been a coincidence, but the third would still be enemy action. He is enemy and should be hanged.
“When did he do something wrong, troll?”
"Suspended" puts the man out of command authority. It is a step towards "Fired".
This a good start, although "Fired" would have been better. Now root out the subordinates promoted by Auten.
Patel clearly does not have control over the FBI yet. It is getting very late, but he still has some time left.
There needs to be a much greater number of suspensions and outright firings soon.
The FBI is infused with a culture that has been openly insubordinate to a Republican administration and is specifically opposed to President Trump. They have been the "sword and shield" of the Democrat party for way too long. A very large number of agents must depart as well as almost all of the top management emplaced by previous directors.
It is a big and dangerous task, of a sort that must be accomplished all at once and quickly once there is an opportunity to do so.
‘There had better be some indictments forthcoming’
Patel clearly does not have control over the FBI yet. It is getting very late, but he still has some time left.

Gene said it best in post 5...
guessing the resistance within the FBI is still substantial
“Kash is finally doing something right.”
WTF? Administrative leave? That ain’t right.
Kash was super badass in his hearings. Now he’s a pansy? Like his boss.
Charge them with the criminal statutes they violated. Stop the games of HR Nuanced disciplines.
“Patel clearly does not have control over the FBI yet.”
He needs to take some lessons from Hegseth and Noem, who didn’t wimp out. TAKE control.
We can see the strings - we know someone’s making puppets dance. What’s odd is that after all this time we don’t know who or what organizations...
“Can’t image why Deep State operative Brian Auten isn’t under investigation for probable cause in committing multiple crimes.”
nothing says he isn’t under investigation ... could be a few months down the line when there’s an airtight case against his criminal behavior, he’ll be charged with several Federal felonies ... i suspect in a year or two they’ll be many others in that boat as well ...
“guessing the resistance within the FBI is still substantial”
but diminishing on a daily basis ...
LEAVE!?!?
He should have been dragged away in chains and irons.
Taken to Gitmo for “questioning”.

Turns out Adam Goldman/NYT won a Pulitzer for his “reporting” on the Russiagate story. So his hagiography of Auten—a central bad actor in Russiagate probe—is part of the NYT’s turf protection. He never bothered to quote IG report rebuking Auten’s conduct. His
editors complicit

Keep in mind that without Auten rubber-stamping the dossier as credible, it never would have worked its way through the FISA court. Auten was the go-to analyst on Russia. His imprimatur on that turd was critical for the phony investigation to continue. Auten also assisted Mueller

Just have the Marines evacuate and lock down the building. Confiscate all the files, paperwork and digital information. Declare the agency abolished. E-mail the evacuees a phone number for whistleblowers.
Either this traitor sings like a canary and coughs up the bigger fish, or he gets the 6 ways from Sunday treatment.
He has better be under very strict surveillance to see that he doesn’t go to NYT or other CCP controlled organisations.

I agree. This guy is a untrustworthy rat.
Kash has 4,999 FBI agents left to deal with—he has the J6 families to answer to....
They are waiting for justice.
He needs to be in prison.
Suspending him with pay so he isn't on site to cause any more problems, until they can get all the evidence together to fire him. If he doesn't take retirement, he will likely sue when he's terminated. And that's why they are going through this procedure so he can't come back and say he was unfairly fired.
