Clearly, not a Constitutional scholar. I served as an expert witness in the area of economics and reparations in wrongful death cases for 40 years and, clearly, he has not thought the reparations issue through. I've published those calculations here before and, given the theory of reparations, every black person owes non-blacks just a tad over $640,000 as the present value of the income flow over the past 158 years.
