With Congresswoman Elise Stefanik expected to vacate her seat in New York’s 21st Congressional District to take her post as UN Ambassador any day now, President Trump’s agenda depends on a strong pro-Trump Republican succeeding her.
Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino has proven time and time again he is the right candidate, and a recent poll shows that he is the clear favorite among Republican voters.
But in New York, Republican nominees in special elections are not chosen by the voters, but rather by the Republican County Chairs.
And The Gateway Pundit has received word that a rogue group among the 15 Republican County Chairs in the 21st Congressional District have decided to disregard the opinion of Republican voters, along with state election law, by nominating real estate agent and two-time failed Congressional candidate Liz Joy.

So pull her nomination and appoint the guy as un ambassador
The chairs are total losers, all they care about is county jobs, ugh. Liz Joy doesn't even live in the district.
Tell me Trump couldn’t pick another UN Ambassador. Leave elise where she is!
Feb. 14—Elizabeth “Liz” Joy is looking to push for “America First” policies, closely aligned with President Donald J. Trump, as she pursues the Republican nomination in New York’s 21st Congressional District.

Woman who survived vicious salon attack running for Congress, vows to repeal bail reform
Exactly. Since Stefanik has not yet been confirmed, she still holds her House seat and could reclaim it if needed.
She might work out fine, she stepped up to run against Tonko in a Blue district, so she's paid some dues.
It’s a bit reckless to pull any Republican away from the current House. Fumble that narrow margin away, and we lose the Speakership. And the Chairs of the House committees. And the ability hold investigations.
we should leave the UN and Elise can keep her seat.
Totally disagree. I don’t know why they’re not choosing Constantino, but Liz Joy is a solid choice if they’re not going to choose him. The voters in that district (NY 20) she lost twice are seriously stuck on stupid. They have gone big for Obama, Hillary, Biden Harris, Schumer, Gillibrand, Cuomo, and most recently, Cruella de Hochul. Again, I don’t know what the issue is with Constantino, but it’s not like they went and chose a raging RINO. And by the way, until Stefanik came out so strongly for president Trump that day at the White House, a lot of us were not sure about her because it seemed like as soon as she got into Congress, Boner the weeper did his best to co-opt her.
Pulling Republicans out of congress wasn’t very smart when they had a razor thin majority to begin with and I’m being gracious in my description.
NY Republicans are cucks.
There was a time, up to 30 years ago, where they shared power with Democrats. For example, Democrats always had the State Assembly, and Republicans always held the State Senate. Governor or Senate seats might occassionly go GOP as well
Of course, these were always old-school NY country-club Republicans, but it kept things from getting too insane Democrats and leftist ideology.
That’s now over - NY State is completely left-wing/woke, and utterly dominated by NY City and Albany special interests. Its a fully one-party state
Most GOP leaders in NY have moved left also, and they are also careerist, so they are controlled machine politicians.
The way that Trump always taps all the good people from the house and senate is real stupidity in my book. When Trump loses control to the democrats then he will have no one but himself to blame. The rest of us will suffer though
Liz Joy?
Sounds horrible, like a cross between Liz Cheney and Kamala.
She’s a big loss
Whose bright idea was it to jeopardize House control by an appointment requiring a replacement election in NYS?
She should have kept her seat and the fraud in CA should be investigated and corrected.
Yes, exactly. I like Elise but it was a mistake to pull her out of the House at this time. Leave her there and make it up to her later.
