It is not just a conflict of interest, it’s another example of the deep state’s tentacles of nepotism

The judiciary is incapable of policing itself.

There is not enough accountability for federal judges. Unlike state and municipal judges, they are appointed and very hard to remove.
I would like to see Congress re-visit and amend the judiciary act and limit jurisdiction for federal judges. It would take 60 Senators unless there is a means of making it into a budgetary issue. These judges are making decisions that directly affect the budget so that the executive cannot faithfully execute the law. The judges are hampering the president ability to stop fraud and abuse which is a gross appropriation of judicial power on the executive.
Perhaps scotus will limit district judges’ jurisdiction but they have not shown much strength here.

As was posted on FR this morning:

The next step is to use AI to see how much grift money goes to the judges.

Dellinger is the fired "Inspector General" who amazingly never knew about all the grift money distributed by USAID. This judge's wife was getting paid to represent Dellinger's case against Trump for firing him.

Recognizing and admitting an obvious conflict of interest would be the honest and honorable thing to do. Why would anyone expect that from this group?

How is this not a conflict of interest!?
It’s much more...it’s organized crime.
Enough with the corrupt, connected judges. It’s time to start purging the ranks.

As I have often said: “If it wasn’t for ‘political incest’ these leftist activists politicians, bureaucrats, media, judges and lawyers would never get laid.”.... They are nearly all related, by blood or marriage.

I wonder when SCOTUS aka Supreme Clowns of the US will rule on whether lower level judges can effectively control the Executive Branch?

It’s like the Michael Crichton novel ‘Disclosure’, just as the protagonist puts the pieces together.
They’re literally in bed together.

Jeffress is a partner at Arnold & Porter, formerly Arnold & Fortas and Arnold, Fortas & Porter after partner Abe Fortas was appointed to the Supreme Court. The firm was originally staffed by New Dealers and as such was close to the intelligence community and to Soviet cells that had penetrated the New Deal. Founder Thurman Arnold’s chief deputy Hugh Cox was the attorney for Donald Hiss, brother of Alger Hiss and partner at Covington & Burling, another firm recently involved in lawfare.
